Requirements for the Performance of Plastic Pipes

Item 1: Elongation at Break

The elongation at break percentage must be equal to or greater than 350%.

Item 2: Longitudinal Reversion at High Temperature

The longitudinal reversion at a temperature of 100℃ must be less than or equal to 3%.

Item 3: Oxidation Induction Time

The oxidation induction time at a temperature of 200℃ must be equal to or greater than 20 minutes.

Item 4: Weather Resistance and Static Hydraulic Strength

The pipe must maintain its performance after being exposed to an aging energy greater than or equal to 3.5GJ/㎡. It must be able to withstand a static hydraulic strength of 80℃ for a duration of 165 hours without any breakage or leakage. Additionally, the percentage of breaking-elongation must be equal to or greater than 350%, and the oxidation induction time at a temperature of 200℃ must be equal to or greater than 10 minutes.
